Here are the details of the three - day diet to lose 5 kg
The first day:
Breakfast :
Gentlemen cup of tea or coffee + half a grapefruit spoon + piece of toast with a large hanging of butter.
Lunch :
Half a cup of tuna from the oil refinery + toast + cup of coffee or tea .
Dinner :
Three pieces of beef fat demilitarized + cup of green beans + cup carrots or beets + apple or vanilla ice cream cup .
Second day:
Breakfast :
Preferably boiled egg + toast + half banana + a cup of coffee or tea.
Lunch :
Cup cheese or tuna oil refinery + 6-8 kernels of nuts .
Dinner :
Hot Dog 2 + a cup broccoli or cauliflower or cabbage stew steamed + ½ cup carrots + half banana + ½ cup vanilla ice cream .
Third day:
Breakfast :
Apple + cheddar cheese + five kernels of nuts + tea or coffee .
Lunch :
Boiled egg + toast + tea or coffee .
Dinner :
Cup tuna oil refinery cup + carrots + cup cauliflower + cup watermelon or cantaloupe + ½ cup ice cream.
